AFHI Applauds Reauthorization of Terrorism Risk Insurance Act

Accident Fund Holdings is pleased with the recent Congressional and executive decision to reauthorize the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA) into law.

This is positive news for our industry as a whole. TRIA has been, and will continue to be, very important to the health of the work comp insurance market and our economy.

As we have shared previously, it is our belief that the American business community needs the certainty that TRIA provides so that it can continue to focus on its primary mission of creating jobs. We are grateful to our many industry partners for supporting our efforts to gain passage of this legislation.
